Our Story
I started my pre-med journey like so many others: overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of where to even begin. As the first in my family to dream of becoming a physician, I was juggling two jobs, buried in MCAT prep books, and trying to piece together advice from random corners of the internet. Meanwhile, many of my classmates had tutors, prep courses, and built-in mentors. I felt like I was running the same race, but starting miles behind.
To keep going, I built my own study systems and they actually worked. I scored a 525 (100th percentile) on the MCAT and earned multiple medical school acceptances. But more importantly, I proved to myself that with the right systems, you don't need tens of thousands of dollars or insider connections to succeed.
Over the past five years, I've helped other students do the same. I've seen them achieve incredible MCAT scores and gain admission to their dream schools. Along the way, I documented every strategy, every lesson, and every mistake so others wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel. That's what grew into AdmissionsAcademy - a resource built on real student experience and radical transparency, combining the wins of those I've mentored and the insights of a team with over 35 years of collective premed and prehealth expertise.
AdmissionsAcademy is the system I wish I had: straightforward, affordable, and built for students like me, by students like me. No one should have to navigate this process alone.
To bring this vision to life, I've partnered with physicians, dentists, PAs, and graduate students across healthcare to create the most comprehensive pre-health resource out there. For the first time, students can see all their options clearly, know exactly what steps to take, and get the support they need to succeed.
