Paul is a 5th-year MD/MBA student at the University of Virginia and the founder of AdmissionsAcademy. After navigating the path to medicine without support, he began sharing the strategies he developed through years of successful tutoring and advising. Frustrated by the lack of accessible, equitable resources nationwide, he set out to create the resource he wished had been available as a student.

Emily is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Medicine and is a current PGY-I Internal Medicine resident at the University of California, San Francisco. Emily has years of tutoring and advising experience and is a former Admissions Commitee member. She is passionate about helping students succeed and increasing equity in graduate education.

James is an MD/MBA student at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and Darden School of Business. He is passionate about mentorship, innovation, and improving healthcare systems through technology and leadership. James has mentored students at multiple stages of their academic journeys and aims to bridge the gap between medical education, business strategy, and equitable access to healthcare.
